Delete your account

How to remove your account and what happens to your data.

Open Topspark's Settings (the gear in the island, or the tray icon), go to About, and click Delete my account.

That removes your name, email, usage and request log from our server right away and closes the app. Everything on your PC (notes, transcripts, settings) stays until you uninstall; the uninstaller asks whether to delete it.

If the app no longer runs on your PC, email [email address] from the address you signed up with and we delete it by hand within a few days.
