Terms of use
The rules for using Topspark during the beta.
Last updated 28 October 2026 · Beta
Topspark is provided by [Company name] (“we”). By installing it you agree to these terms.
Beta
This is a beta. Features can change, break or disappear. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may end the beta, reset accounts or change limits at any time.
Your account
You sign up with a name and email. Each PC gets monthly AI credits, shown in Settings. Reselling access, sharing an installation to pool credits, or trying to get around limits ends the account.
What you may not do with it
- Record people without the consent your law requires. Meeting transcription is your responsibility.
- Use the AI features to produce unlawful content or to attack systems.
- Reverse engineer the server side or probe it beyond what the app itself does.
Your data
What the app sends and keeps is described in the privacy policy. Your files, notes and transcripts stay yours.
No warranty
Topspark is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, missed meetings, wrong transcriptions, or anything the AI says. The AI can be wrong; check what matters.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; courts in [city] have jurisdiction.
